The International Poultry Breeders Association was designed to work with and not against established and recognized poultry breed associations. The IPBA offers an online database for poultry breeders of all breeds of chickens from all around the world to create and maintain poultry breeding records. All members are allowed to enter identification information gathered from the breeders own records. For a demo, type the word Tornado in the search for pedigrees box in the upper right hand corner of the page and click go. The poultry pedigree for Tornado will come up and just click on the names of the ancesters in the pedigree to see their pedigree. We support the rights of the poultry breeders to own, breed, and market their choice of poultry breeds internationally. The right to improve on chicken breeds through selective breeding from an widely available gene pool from anywhere on earth is essential to improving the poultry breeds into the vision of each individual poultry breeder.
